Cancellations
We completely understand and respect that plans change at the last minute, we just need to implement a policy to protect business so we can continue providing our service to the best of our ability.
All appointments require a non refundable deposit upfront.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking, a $50 late cancellation fee will be required.
If a guest doesn’t show up to an appointment, there will be a $100 fee.
In the event that the booked appointment equals a lesser value than the deposit and fees combined, the fee will be whatever is outstanding/remaining on that booking cost to cover the booking.
