Deposits & Cancellations

We completely understand that plans can change last minute,
and we respect that. However, in order to continue providing our services at
the highest level, we have implemented the following policies to protect the
business:

Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit
upfront. A minimum deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking or must be
received by AMOS within 48 hours of booking your appointment. If a deposit is
not received within the specified time frame, your appointment will be released for others to book. If you can not complete this payment within this time frame, please let us know ASAP.

Deposit Transferability: The deposit is transferable to a different
appointment if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled
appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within
48 hours of the booking, your deposit will be forfeited as well as a $50
late cancellation fee will be applied.

No-Show Fee: If a guest does not show up to their appointment, your deposit will
be forfeited as well as a $100 fee will be charged.
